Twilly has 2 varieties soft and normal it is a Tackle Twill Fabric with a permanent non-woven coating which makes it an ideal material to create badges, logos, labels, etc.

You can embroider straight onto Twilly fabrics directly with Poly40 thread without the need of backing or you could apply it with BSN type J.

Twilly is made of 74% Polyester and 26% Cotton.
