TS Film – Waterproof Embroidery Sealant

Embroider on waterproof and water-repellent fabrics without sacrificing their performance. TS film bonds permanently to the reverse of your stitching, sealing needle perforations against moisture. Perfect for rain gear, outdoor jackets, functional workwear, and any garment exposed to the elements.

Usage Tips

Remove any stabilizer from the embroidered area on waterproof fabric.
Cut TS film at least 2–3 cm larger than the embroidery motif.
Place film adhesive-side down on the back of the embroidery (shiny side up).
Seal with heat press:
– Temperature: 130 °C – 150 °C
– Pressure: Medium
– Time: 10 – 15 seconds
For maximum bond, let the garment rest 48 hours before washing tests.

Tip: Perform a small test press on scrap fabric first to fine-tune temperature and pressure for your material.
