    Ideal for heavy to medium-weight fabrics—providing exceptional stitch stability even on high-density embroidery designs. When great stability is essential, cut-away nonwovens shine: their high resistance to perforation ensures the embroidery holds up over time.

    Once stitching is complete, the excess nonwoven is simply trimmed away with scissors along the embroidery border. The remaining backing remains in place as a long-term stabilizer—perfect for knitwear and designs prone to broken stitches.

    Processing Recommendations

    1. Hoop the base fabric together with the nonwoven in your embroidery hoop.
    2. Embroider the design as usual.
    3. Remove the hoop and carefully tear away the excess nonwoven.
