    Heat-N'-Sealâ„¢ Iron-On Bonding Film

Iron-on instead of sewing: BSN™ thermo-foil creates a permanent bond for patches, badges, and emblems—edges, borders, and all! Simply iron or heat-press the entire back of your embroidery to seal it in place forever.

    Available in two versions:
    • Type I – Heat press (washable up to 60 °C, chemical cleaning OK, iron-safe)
    • Type H – Household iron application

Ideal for heat-seal appliqués, patches, and emblems on a wide variety of fabrics and rigid substrates.

    In stock at Canberra Warehouse

    Usage Tips

    1. Coating the Emblem: Place the reverse side of your patch on the foil side of BSN™ with release paper and trim—with about 3 mm extra.
      • Type I: Heat-press at 170 °C for 5 s.
      • Type H: Iron (3 points) for 5 s.
Peel off release paper and fold back excess for stronger edges.
    2. Applying to Garments: Pre-iron the garment to remove finishes. Position the coated patch, then:
      • Type I: Heat-press (medium pressure) at 170 °C for 15 s.
      • Type H: Iron (3 points) for 20–25 s, then repeat on garment back for full adhesion.

Note: Test your settings—pressure, temperature, time—for best results. Full bond strength develops after 48 hours.
