For light to heavy-weight fabric types: Offering exceptional stitch stability even for high-density embroidery designs. When durability is key, cut-away nonwovens excel—known for their extremely high resistance to perforation.

Once stitching is complete, simply trim the excess nonwoven away along the embroidery border with scissors. The remaining backing serves as a long-term stabilizer—ideal for knitwear and designs prone to broken stitches.

Processing Recommendations

Hoop the base fabric together with the nonwoven in an embroidery hoop.
Embroider the design as usual.
Remove the hoop and carefully tear away the excess nonwoven.
