For medium-weight knits (polo shirts) and stretchy fabrics

Embroidering on polos and other stretch-infused fabrics can lead to distortion—iron-on nonwoven stabilizer is essential. Once heat-pressed, it adds firmness and stability to medium-weight knits, preventing fabric distortion during stitching.

The bonded nonwoven backing remains in place throughout embroidery, maintaining a smooth surface. After stitching, simply tear away the excess to reveal a crisp, professional finish.

Enhances firmness on knit materials with elastane
Prevents fabric distortion during high-density embroidery
Leaves a sturdy backing for long-term stability

Processing Recommendations

Heat-press the nonwoven onto the base fabric as instructed.
Hoop the fabric (with nonwoven attached) in an embroidery hoop.
Embroider the design normally.
Remove the hoop and carefully tear away the excess nonwoven.
