For lightweight knits (T-shirts) and stretch fabrics

Embroidering on stretchy materials can lead to distortion—iron-on nonwoven stabilizer is essential. Once heat-pressed, it adds firmness and stability to knits and high-elastane fabrics, ensuring crisp, distortion-free stitching.

The heat-bonded nonwoven backing remains in place during embroidery, preventing unwanted stretching or puckering. After stitching, simply tear away the excess to reveal a smooth, professional finish.

    Processing Recommendations

    1. Heat-press the nonwoven onto the base fabric following the manufacturer’s instructions.
    2. Hoop the fabric (with nonwoven attached) in an embroidery hoop.
    3. Embroider the design as normal.
    4. Remove the hoop and carefully tear away the excess nonwoven.
