The Expert AD860 is portable and is easy to carry by two people. It is favoured
for use at fairs shows and rodeos. Good user ergonomics are built into the Expert
850. All the features are within easy reach of the operator. The thread stand
convenient angles forward and the control panel tilts for the best view. Sharp
angles a eliminated on the machine and an interlock that prevents operation
when the thread take up lever cover is open enhance operator safety.

Quiet Operation - Very Low Vibrations
Advanced mechanical features of the Expert AD860 include a unique gear belt
drive* for the motor and upper and lower shaft. Minimal lubrication is required.
Thanks to advanced Mecha-tronics, the jump stitch process no longer requires
the clutch that older machines need. *Patent Pending.

Easy On & Off Table
Changing from flat to cap to tubular embroidery is fast and easy.
The table removes in seconds by loosening two thumb screws. The cap
frame drive and the tubular frame quickly install with the tools
provided.

Thread Breaker Sensor
An audible alarm and red light illuminates to indicate thread
breakage.

The Expert AD860 can be installed in any quantity or layout to provide the

will fit through a standard door opening and can be placed away from other machines

Only one machine stops for hoop change, thread breakage, or job
change.
Conventional multi-head machines must stop if operator attention is needed.
Using multiple AD860 machines, however, will dramatically reduce lost stitching
time because each AD860 operates independantly.

Automatically jogs the hoop to the preset position for easy applique trimming,
then return to the exact stitch location to resume embroidery.
Trace
This allows confirmation of the size of a pattern when beginning
embroidery.
Edit function
Features include Frame Centering and Pattern Rotation, Inversion, and Repetition.
